To fully comprehend the market impact, however, you would need to go through pages of content, which is not ideal if you need a quick snapshot before a crucial meeting, interview, or a general snapshot summary on the way to work.
This initiative therefore started as a personal need to document market movements in a quick read format that can be referenced when needed. It also aims to digest all events into a into a simple, one-row ‘byte’ format that covers what is important and market moving, and not all clamour out there.

I started my career in 2005 selling macro financial markets products (FX and Rates), providing the customary morning commentaries to clients. When I moved to London from Singapore in 2012, my focus shifted to Sales and Business Development of Fintech, Data and Analytics solutions. With the constantly evolving market structure changes, use cases and markets, I felt there was a clear need to incorporate the market insights into the business development process. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for providing valuable market insights and summarized analysis in a format that is easily absorbed and adopted to the sales strategy.
In addition to my professional background, I am also an amateur ‘musician’ and have been playing the drums for many years – a passion that helps unwind.
